A class of long, passive, posture holds to extend into the physical body more deeply, stretching muscles and enhancing flexibility. Yin yoga is a slow meditative practice with very little movement. You will find the time and space to quieten your mind as you tune in to physical sensations within the body. Your mental endurance will also increase as you learn to breathe through minor discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Suitable for all abilities, no Yoga experience required.
