This is a slow-paced style of yoga, with poses being held for longer (3-5 minutes).
Yin poses allow a deep stretch of the connective tissues between the muscles and fascia, increasing overall flexibility of the entire body. It is a wonderful way to calm down the mind and unwind at the end of the day.
Open to all levels.

Not recommended for anyone experiencing severe joint, back pain or low blood pressure.
