Vinyasa flow yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pregnancy yoga & Teen yoga.
All classes begin by connecting to the breath, then warm up the body with Sun Salutation variations and use the breath to flow from one posture to the next, ending in Savasana. All postures can be modified to suit individuals & classes are suitable for all levels.
