The classes are very friendly with a wide age range and mixed abilities. After warming up we go through a range of postures with different levels and options, so everyone can work with what they find comfortable, or challenging for those who want to take it further. A breathing practice and some yoga philosophy is usually included, to differentiate from a keep fit class without getting too deep or serious. Classes always close with a relaxation, which for many students is their favourite part.

I was first introduced to yoga as a child. My dad did yoga in the 50s and 60s and I used to sit with him and mirror the postures.
I have always attended fitness classes and came back to yoga about 12 years ago. After a short while I wanted to learn more and took the foundation course. The more you know about yoga the more you realise there is to learn, which led me to the British Wheel of Yoga teacher training course. I have been teaching now for six years and enjoy attending workshops and courses to keep my classes fresh and engaging.
