Yoga and Breathing Classes/Workshops to revitalise, relax and boost your whole wellbeing.
10 am - 12 noon |Amity Yoga Wellness provides holistic and wellbeing events including hatha yoga, breathwork and meditation workshops and retreats. During this 2 hour yoga and breathing class/workshop you will use cleansing breathing techniques to release blocked energy and to detoxify the body and mind. Utilising conscious breathing, yoga asana movement, meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to restore energy and rejuvenate your whole wellbeing - body mind and soul. Yoga and breathwork rebalances the nervous system, releases endorphins, oxygenates the blood giving an overall revitalising boost to your wellbeing. With an increase in mental clarity, deep relaxation and a renewed connection to self.
Mixed ability level - practice adapting to individual needs, novice/intermediate/advanced.
