Fun and gentle vinyasa flow yoga for all abilities, yoga nidre for meditation to support the nervous system and yoga poses to lead you into relaxation. The yoga sessions will include the use of 'optional' yoga props: yoga straps, pilates ball, and yoga blocks. The use of props to support and align your posture, to engage different muscle groups, creating equilibrium.
