Come, join in and let’s grow together. I am a Yoga Guide and mum of 2 primary school children, looking forward to sharing Yoga in the local community.
Strala yoga focuses less on the poses, and more on freedom of movement and breathing. Influenced by Tai Chi, it’s a great way to de-stress and clear your body and mind, all delivered in a positive, easy-going environment.
These classes are a simple flow that opens and strengthens your body, while calming your mind. You’ll create a healthy balance between strength and flexibility, stability and mobility. Most of all, you’ll feel all-over great!
We will also look at different breathing techniques, Shiatsu, self-massage and meditations.
I can't wait to share with you this special Yoga that will give you the time and space to connect with yourself.
New for 2024 - We have Chair Yoga on Friday at 11.15. Starting January 5th - New beginners starting each week.
We have a candlelit and yoga Nidra for deep relaxation on Friday at 7pm - stay and join us for a herbal tea and sweet treat after.
Friday is our beginners and all ability yoga at 10am and Sunday is our wellbeing Sunday flow at 10.
