I have practised yoga for 18 years, both Iyengar and more recently Hatha Yoga. I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher. I particularly like to focus my classes on postures suited to health needs of students. I tailor classes so that participants can work at their own pace, teaching you how to listen to your body and work up to stronger variations of postures over time. Beginners are always welcome. I enjoy teaching especially observing how students gain flexibility, fitness, strength and self-confidence. It is wonderful to share the benefits of the holistic nature of yoga to improve wellbeing and mindfulness. My workshops enable you to develop a deeper practise including meditation, pranayama and relaxation.
