Suitable for all levels, the class is smaller than the other group classes giving a more intimate experience, allowing everyone to work at their own pace and address any issues with flexibility or strength.

I have been teaching yoga for 20 years and love being able to share the benefits that practising yoga brings to everyone. My classes are a mixture of yoga flow and hatha yoga focusing on breathing for relaxation. All levels are welcome and the classes can always be adapted to any specific requirements such as recurring injuries, pregnancy or post-natal. I also offer 1-1 sessions in yoga and wellbeing coaching for anyone wishing to focus on key areas or relieve stress and anxiety through breathwork and relaxation techniques.
