Looking for more of a workout from your Yoga Class? In this class, you will flow (move) from one pose to the next without stopping to talk about the finer points of each pose. This way, you'll leave the studio having had a good workout as well as a yoga experience.
In this class, you will learn to synchronize breath with movement.
If you're new to yoga, it's a good idea to take a few classes in a slower style of yoga first to get a feel for the poses.
You might know this class by other names such as flow yoga, flow-style yoga, dynamic yoga or vinyasa flow. However it's named, this style of class is usually influenced by ashtanga yoga
