Hello and welcome to LAYNA YOGA. My name is Layna and I am a qualified yoga teacher and reiki practitioner. I love teaching and sharing yoga in and around my local area of Horsham. I teach vinyasa flow, restorative and pregnancy yoga in classes and I also offer workshops.
