My yoga classes are fun, welcoming and accessible. I am teaching a strong physical practice that is deeply healing for modern-day health challenges such as a weak core, fragile back, restricted neck and shoulders and overwhelmed nervous system. Guided by the breath, the intelligent sequencing of this class will build your flexibility and strength whilst relieving tension at the same time.
In these classes, students are encouraged to listen to what is appropriate for their own body, with several options being offered for each posture. Therefore, these classes are multi-level and suitable for both new and more experienced yoga practitioners

Hello, I`m Madli (she/her), a yoga teacher based in East London. I'm a friendly introvert who is surprisingly clumsy, appreciates good cup of coffee and loves walking wherever the road takes her.
I have had consistent yoga practice since 2014. I started practicing yoga in one early morning when birds sang so loud behind my window that I couldn't sleep anymore. I woke up and had an idea that I should do yoga - what else people will do so early in the morning? And also, I have read that yoga is good for runners and I was a runner back then. So stiff and couldn't touch my toes in the forward fold. From that morning onward, I slowly started to step on my mat more and more.
In 2018 I completed a 200 hour Forrest Yoga Teacher Training with master teacher Ana Forrest in Texas. I am also a certified breath coach, and I have undertaken Poppy Perinatal Yoga training in 2021. My yoga classes are fun, welcoming and accessible.
I teach what I love.
