A fast-paced, fitness based yoga practice designed to get you moving and your heart pumping. We will be working through poses at a quicker pace, which will strengthen and tone the muscles, improve flexibility and help with weight loss.

I have recently qualified as a Pregnancy, Birth and Post Natal yoga teacher with Yoga Kidz.
Teaching a variety of styles of yoga, including Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and private yoga classes for specific purposes.
