A class suitable for everyone no matter your current experience of yoga. Beginners are very welcome. The class is a traditional Hatha style with some long held poses together with some slower Vinayasa. We always finish the class with a guided meditation. A friendly and chilled class for a Monday morning but with some challenging poses to set you up for the week ahead knowing you’ve spent some time on yourself.

I am a qualified and experienced yoga teacher, also DBS checked. My classes are a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa with Pranayama and Meditation. I have been practising yoga for over 25 years and have always found yoga to bring peace and clarity. Even as a yoga teacher, I have days when I feel exhausted, overwhelmed, physically not on form etc and I know it can feel difficult to overcome that. But I know that if I can get myself to yoga practice I always feel better in some way. Yoga of course can't eradicate the root causes of our mental and physical symptoms which are usually so much bigger than us and often out of our control, but it can give us space and strength to pause and then move forward. Yoga can bring so many benefits and I would love to share this with you.
