I am a full-time, dedicated yoga teacher with 20+ years personal experience in many styles of yoga including Iyengar, Sivananda, Astanga and Vini yoga. My teaching style incorporates aspects of all these styles and are suitable for beginners and intermediates alike. Those with specialist needs inc. pre/post natal are welcome.
