Suzanne Allen Yoga
Hi, I have been teaching Yoga for over 12 years. My classes include asana work, breathing, meditation and relaxation. I incorporate all levels of ability and provide a calming and relaxing atmosphere. I am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher.
