Hatha/flow crossover with plenty of breath-work

I hold a diploma in yoga teaching, as well as a qualification in Pregnancy Yoga and am working towards my postnatal mother and baby yoga certification. I hold group sessions, as well as private sessions for anxiety, trauma, depression, and balance/flexibility for athletes or sports people. I teach on the beautiful island of Anglesey.
