I work flexibly on a small group and one to one basis thus no class costs are shown. The cost is for one hour of yoga for one to one sessions. Lesley offers ayurveda * yoga in Warwickshire to small groups and one to one tuition tailored to individual requirements, as well, fertility ayurveda * yoga and pregnancy yoga, yoga for the heart (inclulding heart conditions, cancer), and those with restricted mobiity, longer term health conditions, and those who are already yogiinis who wish to enhance their own practice. Ayurveda * yoga offers diet, lifstyle, yoga, herbs, and massage as appropriate, reiki and spiritual/personal guidance. The aim of ayurveda * yoga is to help facilitate self healing and bring clarity, peace, and calm to body and mind.
