I have been attending a yoga class since 2000 and I have been teaching Hatha Yoga since August 2013.
As a yoga teacher I run yoga classes in Portsmouth and also teach one to one yoga and chair yoga classes privately in the home , where the class is tailored to the individual.
I also teach locally for an afterschool club during the school holidays.
During the months of April to September I also offer an outdoor yoga class.
I have also performed public demonstrations and run ½ day workshops .
I am a firm believer in the many benefits yoga can bring to an individual on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
