Lee Breeze Yoga

I qualified in 2006 with a Diploma from the Inner Yoga Trust, which is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga.
I have also successfully completed a Pregnancy Module with the IYT. I have been teaching a gentle form of Hatha Yoga for 17 years, to start with in Hampshire. I moved to Gretton in Northamptonshire in June 2020, and in June 2021 I started two beginners' classes, one in Harringworth and one in Great Easton. My classes are always small, and the Yoga I teach is slow and gentle, suitable for beginners and for those who would like to go more slowly, or for those recovering from injury etc. The style of Yoga I teach is Hatha Yoga, and is Influenced by some of my teachers who studied with Vanda Scaravelli, I teach postures, gentle yet deep stretches and movements which encourage a developing awareness of the alignment of the spine. I also help students to begin to notice and feel how the awareness and movement of each part of the body can affect the whole. Pranayama (breathwork), relaxation and introduction to short meditations are all important parts of my classes.
