Yogis of all abilities are welcome, this class is suitable for beginners and those looking for a more accessible yoga class as well as yogis hoping to deepen their practice.
All classes start with some breathing, a warm up, yoga poses and flows finishing with a guided relaxation. There will be options to take your practice further or keep it relaxed, whatever you feel like during the class.

I trained as a hatha yoga teacher in 2018 and have since broadened my knowledge training in teen yoga and chair-based yoga. I am currently undertaking training in mindfulness meditation. I love to explore new yoga styles and ways of improving our wellbeing.
I believe yoga should be accessible for all, no matter your creed, colour, income or superpower.
