BWYQ Level 4 qualified teacher with over 28 years experience of yoga (Hatha, Iyengar and Restorative). Teaching in Monk Fryston, South Milford and surrounding areas.
Classes are suitable for all and there is usually a combination of asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. I enjoy sharing yoga with students and encouraging them to find and connect with their own inner stillness and wisdom.
