Have practiced yoga before, but would like to revisit the basics

Yoga for Sports in London

I’m on a mission to help my students forge a strong body & mind, one breath at a time and help you discover the many benefits, both physical and mental, of a regular yoga practice. With a hands-on approach, I will guide and assist you with poses and ensure correct alignment. You’ll learn how to breathe mindfully and use this to your advantage as you move through the postures, while gradually developing a toolkit that will help you deal with whatever life decides to throw at you.

I have a particular interest in sequencing classes to complement other sports - whether you're a Crossfitter, weightlifter, general gym fiend, runner, cyclist, surfer, snowboarder, skier or climber - a regular yoga practice will not only make you more flexible, but also help you up your mental game in preparation for your next competition, marathon, climb at staggering height or spontaneous outdoor adventure.
