Beginning Tuesday 10th October 2017. A 'Back to Basics' class. Each week we will build upon what we have previously experienced, to creaete a rich practice of balances, strengthening poses, moves for flexibility, flow sequences for fitness and stamina, as well as breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation to reduce stress and improve Well-Being.

Lesley Wadforth has been teaching yoga classes since 2004. She has a long standing commitment to encouraging students to improve and maintain their own health and self understanding. As a qualified Remedial yoga teacher, Clinical Aromatherapist, Reiki teacher and Stress Management consultant, Lesley uses her wide ranging experience to ensure classes are adaptable to suit the needs of everyone present in the group. Her aim is to allow anyone that wants to explore yoga, regardless of age, health or fitness levels, to discover something that works for them. She also encourages yoga students to use the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy in modern living via regular workshops. Lesley holds regular yoga days on various themes, working with other teachers from around the country.
