This class is an introduction to yoga. We cover lots of standing postures, shoulder stretches and postures to strengthen the body. We focus a little on the breath and end with deep relaxation.

I am an experienced yoga teacher and run classes at venues around Surrey, for all levels from beginners to teachers. I teach the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course. I also specialise in pregnancy and baby yoga and hold a restorative class once a month.
