Small classes in bright calm and inviting studio in central Tonbridge.
The 75 minute class begins with relaxation…
followed by a warm-up and then a healthy heart sequence, to exercise the heart.
The main section of the class focuses on seven poses/postures (Asanas). The Asanas are specifically chosen to give the body complete and dynamic exercise and are continually developed over the 10 week programme.
The class ends with a cool down and relaxation.
