Despite its amazing health benefits, cycling can be intense on the body – cycling is mostly in one fixed position, the back is rounded over the handlebars, the shoulders hunched forward and the head is often thrown backward.
As a cyclist and a yogi, I have combined my two passions to bring you a ‘Yoga for Cyclists’ class which targets specific areas of the body affected by cycling including the hips, back, shoulders and neck. BEGINNERS WELCOME.
Please note you don't need to be a serious cyclist to benefit from this class. Even those who don't cycle will benefit :)
