You will learn and practice asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation in a small, friendly group. I can adapt the physical practice for all abilities, including people with limited mobility.

Yoga as a means to keep my body fit and healthy, to calm and focus my mind, and to awaken and free my spirit. Yoga is an integral part of my life, and I practice pranayama (breathing), asanas (poses), and meditation daily. I love to teach and I love to travel. I taught scuba diving in Thailand for nearly a decade, before moving back to Europe to be closer to my family. I then decided to combine my love of teaching, travel and yoga, and trained as a yoga teacher in India. I am light hearted and adaptable. I equally enjoy teaching people who are completely new to the practice and those who have years of experience. I offer weekly group classes and individual private lessons. I plan to offer retreats again soon.
