This long running class is fun and dynamic. A wide range of ages and abilities make this class something for everyone. Based on classical Hatha yoga poses with some flowing sequences, this class also has yoga philosophy and breathing and meditation techniques as an integral part of our exploration of all facets of yoga. For example, we had chocolate meditation in December! The finishing relaxation session is a very popular part of this experience!

Lesley Wadforth has been teaching yoga classes since 2004. She has a long standing commitment to encouraging students to improve and maintain their own health and self understanding. As a qualified Remedial yoga teacher, Clinical Aromatherapist, Reiki teacher and Stress Management consultant, Lesley uses her wide ranging experience to ensure classes are adaptable to suit the needs of everyone present in the group. Her aim is to allow anyone that wants to explore yoga, regardless of age, health or fitness levels, to discover something that works for them. She also encourages yoga students to use the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy in modern living via regular workshops. Lesley holds regular yoga days on various themes, working with other teachers from around the country.
