This Yoga practice will help to relieve stress and encourage relaxation. It will also gently encourage the body to become tones, flexible and supple. Classes will contain Yoga postures, stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques together with a little meditation.

I have been practicing Yoga for over 30 years and I qualified to teach in 2004 under the training diploma programme with Friends of Yoga Society International(FRYOG), which is under the umbrella of the Independent Yoga Network and affiliated to the British Council for Yoga Therapy and registered under the Yoga Alliance RYS 200. I currently teach a number of classes locally.
