This is a small class (Max 12 people)
A very cosy carpeted room with no draughts and very friendly atmosphere.
I teach Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on releasing our inner energy. The stretches are deep but relaxing and anyone can do it.
I aim for you to leave the class feeling relaxed and energised.

I have been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years and still enjoy every minute of it.
I qualified as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1995
I am also qualified to teach Yoga for Pregnancy.
My style has developed over the years into a form of yoga that focusses on deep stretches that relax and energise. These are done with strong emphasise on the breath The practise develops strength and durability in the body and a greater capacity for concentration of the mind.
