Flora has been teaching yoga since 2017. This includes corporate evening and lunch time yoga, as well as private groups and one to one sessions in general yoga or special back care and wellbeing classes, either face to face or online.
Flora graduated as a Dru meditation teacher.
Currently Flora is teaching face to face yoga and online dru meditation sessions.
Her classes are fun and stress free. Students report to have experienced increased flexibility, improvements in back pain, better sleep, feel deeply relaxed and more ready to tackle daily tasks and challenges.
