Founder Teacher Sonal Malde (MPharm): Qualified Hospital Pharmacist, Therapeutic Hatha Yoga teacher accredited by British Wheel of Yoga & Doctorate of Alternative Medicine. “With more than 10 years’ experience, my passion for health and yoga grew from my child hood. 6 week course: Yoga for good health: Perform Self-Healing yoga techniques

Timings : 10:00 - 11:30

6 week course 1:

Tues:7th, 14th,21st & 28th Jan, 4th & 11th Feb

Wed: 8th, 15th,22nd & 29th Jan, 5th & 12th Feb

Sat: 11th, 18th & 25th Jan,1st, 8th & 15th Feb

6 week course 2:

Tues:18th & 25th Feb, 3rd, 10th, 17th, & 24th Mar

Wed: 19th & 26th Feb, 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th Mar

Sat: 22nd & 29th Feb, 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th Mar

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Mill hill east on the northern line is approximately 15 minutes walk away

Buses 221, 240 and 328 also stop at mill hill east tube station.

From mill hill east station you can also get bus 240 two stops to Engel park or the 221 bus two stops to Bittacy hill.

Parking is available on the road or adjoining roads ( on event days please get ticket from me to place in your car)

Do I need to have done yoga before? No

Do I need to bring anything? No. Mats, bolsters, belts, bricks, blocks, blankets, chairs are provided

What can I wear? Please wear comfortable clothing and no jewellery

Is this class for me? Yes, if you are committed to learn, want to deepen into your postures and connect to yourself on the mat and off the mat.

Is this a fast-paced class? No. I don’t rush you from one posture to another in an autonomic sequence. I prefer to take you through safe effective techniques at a slower pace to maximise your connection to your breath, mind and body and help you feel the posture maximising its benefits in a safe manner.
