I am influenced by Iyengar, British Wheel of Yoga Hatha Desikachar, Jois, and Anusara.

I teach classes in Langport, Somerton and Long Sutton: beginners, mixed abilities, and improvers.

I teach one-to-one to beginning and experienced students.

I am a qualified Yoga Therapist and offer YOGA THERAPY to individuals in the comfort of their own home or a local therapy room, and to small groups.
