This class is suitable for anyone, but is a little more gentle. So those that feel vulnerable can feel safe and secure in the knowledge that they will not be doing anything they do not feel happy with.
Having said that, I welcome everyone because at the end of the day Yoga is an indiviual thing and one can take postures to whatever level desired. So if the time suits you, then come along because my aim is to get the best out of each student.

I have been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years and still enjoy every minute of it.
I qualified as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1995
I am also qualified to teach Yoga for Pregnancy.
My style has developed over the years into a form of yoga that focusses on deep stretches that relax and energise. These are done with strong emphasise on the breath The practise develops strength and durability in the body and a greater capacity for concentration of the mind.
