I have been practicing yoga in various guises since university when I used to giggle through relaxation practices at the back of the class! It has been a constant discipline for my physical and mental health ever since.
I trained to teach yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2009 and have lead weekly hatha yoga classes and workshops incorporating traditional, contemporary yoga and sports sciences of varying intensity since.
In 2012 I trained as a teacher with the Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs Institute to deliver their evidence based 12 week courses supported by Arthritis Research UK for those suffering with chronic lower back pain.
I currently run drop in classes, 12 week courses and private yoga tuition.
