The improvers yoga class is designed to follow on from the beginners course but anyone who has a basic understanding of some yoga postures and has had some experience of yoga before is welcome to attend.
This class is a gentle flow class offering guidance to progress some of the basic yoga postures as well as introducing some stronger postures and techniques to deepen your practice.
£5 - first class for new students
£7 per class -booked as a block (Block courses depend on term dates. Please contact me for further details)

Encompassing a holistic approach to living with yoga, meditation and natural health, she believes these are the most effective tools in helping her achieve peace of mind and a sense of balance through the fast paced society in which we live.
Earning her yoga teaching qualification in Hatha yoga, Denny trained with Zenways yoga school in London during an immersive retreat and more recently travelled to San Francisco to train under the amazing French pre-natal yoga teacher, Alexandra Rossi, bringing pre-natal classes to iBalance Yoga.
