I am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher, holistic therapist and Reiki master (Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). My yoga training was thorough and comprehensive running over nearly four years and covering every aspect of yoga in great depth. I continue to learn and expand my repertoire of healing offerings through ongoing training across the world. Currently, I am training to be a shamanic practitioner which is allowing me to help people explore their healing in ever more varied, meaningful and profound ways. My focus is on weaving the benefits of yoga for body, mind and spirit throughout each class enabling you to drift home feeling lighter, freer, uplifted and completely blissed out! I am fully insured and hold a current first aid certificate. I am also a qualified teacher (BA Ed with QTS: first class) and gym instructor. I love to hold a safe, warm, nurturing space for people to explore their practice and themselves in creative, fun and reflective ways.
