I hold the Friends of Yoga Society International Diploma for teaching yoga, as well as their post-grad diploma for teaching yoga for children.
I am also a Birthlight Teacher for pregnancy & postnatal yoga.
I am currently studying Yoga Therapy with the Devon School of Yoga and now offer therapeutic yoga in small groups and 1:1.
