This course is for the people who are over weight and want to reduce weight in a systematic way.
Practicing all the techniques in this Course regularly reduces the weight of the Trainee when followed with the other food related instructions strictly.
This includes: Asanas, Meditation and Pranayama (Breathing exercise) and tips on weight management.
