This class will aid you in preparing for birth. The class focuses on opening the hips, managing side effects of pregnancy and using the breath as a way of centering and relaxing you. The classes are suitable from week 14 all the way up to birthing. Birthing positions are included and handouts are given for self-practice. The class concludes with deep relaxation.
