Classes are a mix between Yoga for Pregnancy
and Birth alongside Ante -natal and Child birth Education. Her
classes combine gentle postures adapted from Hatha yoga, breath and
relaxation techniques to positively affect your health and
wellbeing during pregnancy.
They are very much about being connected to your body at this
point in time. Its less about achieving and more about safely
exploring and maybe picking up some tips to take home with you and
into your labour and birth.

The Rose School of Transformational Yoga offers a variety of classes for those that are interested in beginning or continuing their journey of Yoga. We offer various classes including group yoga classes, group meditation classes and Sangha’s, Pregnancy and Post Natal classes, one 2 one sessions and wonderful retreats and workshops.
All classes are Hatha Yoga classes, blending together different traditions from the various and generous teachers we have had the pleasure to learn from.
