During each class you will practice a combination of yoga postures, breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques that are suitable for all stages of pregnancy from 15 weeks onwards. Classes are taught in small groups.
Samantha Wood has studied and practised yoga for many years and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her students. She is a fully qualified and insured British Wheel of Yoga teacher and pregnancy yoga teacher. She is also a yoga therapist.

Samantha Wood is a fully qualified and insured British Wheel of Yoga Teacher. I am also a qualified Yoga Therapist and am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I have studied and practised yoga for many years with a number of teachers from different traditions. I am passionate about yoga and sharing my knowledge with my students. I believe that yoga is a beneficial tool for everyone to use in their busy lives.
I have been teaching in London for ten years and am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher, BWY TPOT and hold the BWY Pregnancy Yoga Module. I am also qualified to teach Yoga to People Living with Cancer.
I am fully insured by the British Wheel of Yoga and hold an up to date first aid certificate, and I am member of REPS (level 3 instructor) and The International Association of Yoga Therapists.
