I'VE BEEN PRACTICING YOGA FOR OVER TEN YEARS AND TEACHING FOR MORE THAN THIRTY. I'M THE SENIOR YOGA INSTRUCTOR AT THE KETCHUM (DOWNTOWN) YMCA, I'M CERTIFIED IN KUNDALINI YOGA, AND I ALSO TEACH HATHA AND ASHTANGA YOGA. I SPECIALIZE IN CORPORATE YOGA CLASSES AND TRESS-REDUCTION PROGRAMS. I PREFER TO FOCUS ON SLOW, BUT INTENSE STRETCHING WITH INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION TO CORRECT ALIGNMENT, POSTURE AND BREATHING TECHNIQUES. I ESPECIALLY ENJOY WORKING WITH KIDS AND SENIORS.
