More and more sports enthusiasts are turning to yoga to develop greater flexibility and strength in crucial areas. Yoga can complement your sports fitness to develop a strong and flexible regime. Add the benefit of the breathing you practise in yoga and you’ll soon be smashing your pb, increasing stamina and working more effectively. Our Thursday class is more specifically aimed at sports people including runners and cyclists as we focus on the big leg muscles and core stability – so lots of hamstring and quad stretches, hip openers and ab work. We work on easing and strengthening the key muscles to improve your recovery time and help prevent injury.
No candles, no chanting :)
FREE taster class available.

I’ve been practising yoga for over 15 years. As a Mum to 3 young and growing girls I'm mindful of the importance of promoting a healthy mind and body balance. Like many people, I can spend far too much time hunched over a laptop and yoga provides some relief from our ever-demanding screen-sized culture. I’m originally from Devon and when I’m not taxi-ing or yoga-ing you can usually find me heading towards the sea. Rosie is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance UK (RYT 200hr).
