Yoga for Strength and Flexibility

This class is a good introduction to yoga even if you have been attending yoga classes previously. We learn the basic poses and various breathing exercises, sun salute routines and various standing, seating, supine, inverted and balancing sequences.

This class is a good preparation for the next level or Power Yoga, the strong routine. Expect good workout which will refresh and alert your mind and body.

Hi! My name is Larissa and I am a yoga teacher in North Wales and Chester area. I am a Wheel of Yoga certified teacher and have regular classes in Bodelwyddan Castle Hotel, LL18 5YA.

The class workout incorporates breath work, stretch, strength & Yoga postures in Vinyasa style and based on the teaching of Krishnamacharya. You will learn how to understand your body and begin to move more effectively and efficiently, improving posture, strength, flexibility and self awareness.The class is suitable for a beginner or an accomplished athlete.
