In this class we take postures a little deeper and hold a little longer. This develops strength and concentration, making the practice a little more focussed and meditative.
Newcomers are always welcome but the class is geared towards those who are looking to develop strength, in mind and body.

I have been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years and still enjoy every minute of it.
I qualified as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1995
I am also qualified to teach Yoga for Pregnancy.
My style has developed over the years into a form of yoga that focusses on deep stretches that relax and energise. These are done with strong emphasise on the breath The practise develops strength and durability in the body and a greater capacity for concentration of the mind.
