As some classes as fully booked, it is essential that you call or email in advance to secure your place in a class suitable for you.
We have various payment options depending on weather you sign-up for the full term, with a family member/spouse, or on a drop-in basis.

We understand our yoga students have busy lives. To make it easier for you to get to at least one class a week, there are a number of day-time & many evening classes for you to choose from, at four different venues.

Hilde has trained with Ruth White (Iyengar inspired Karuna Yoga) for more than 15 years. Ruth is one of the top 10 teachers in the UK and trained directly under BKS Iyengar in the 1970s and 1980s.
