Yoga for the Stages of Menopause.
For some this may be a time of pre, peri or post menopause. It is a time in your life when you may feel your body is changing and you may feel a little bit out of control. There can be anxiety, hot flushes, irritability, weight gain, brain fog, sadness, fatigue, headaches, insomnia, night sweats, pain, itchy skin, dizziness, digestive problems etc.
If you are nodding right now, know that you are not alone ! Most importantly there is life at the end of the tunnel. Yoga is not going to fix all of these problems but it may help to relieve some of the symptoms and most importantly reduce the stress and anxiety you may be feeling.
Drop me a message if you would like to hear more or book your place.
