A mixed ability class that is suitable for all levels of experience. A friendly class in a warm, light and airy space with plenty of onsite parking. Each class includes a warm-up, posture work, breathing practice and relaxation. Classes are offered on a termly basis and need to be pre-booked.

I am a BWY trained teacher (500 hour Diploma) and have been teaching since 2016. I offer steady-paced classes with a mix of asana (posture) practice, breath work and relaxation. I focus on an approach that helps to calm the nervous system and I encourage students to move mindfully. I am passionate about yoga and have been practising since 2001. Each year I attend regular training sessions to deepen my understanding. In 2022, I completed a Masters degree in The Traditions of Yoga and Meditation at SOAS University.
